Specifically, it's called kulfi (Indian ice-cream). I was happily eating my buffet alone at Hyatt Regency Mumbai while waiting for my flight to London (which was delayed from 2am to 4.30am!) when the waiters appeared with kulfi, asking me to try it. Wikipedia said it's made of evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream...no wonder it was quite yummy!
